What is the pocket filter?

  Pocket filter or Bag filter is made with deep pockets and lofted filter media that is sewn and fixed to a metal or plastic frame that can be slid and sealed into frames built into air handling device.

  The deep pockets utilized by Bag Filters allow for higher Face Velocities and greater dust holding capacities than Panel Air Filters across the same face sizes, and often at a lower resistance to airflow.

  Pocket filter can greatly improve air quality by removing finer particulates such as pollen, carbon blacks and dust. It is suggested to replace it every 3-6 months depends on usage and environment for optimal performance.
