Medium effect air filters

  Medium effect air filters can be used as intermediate filters for intake and exhaust devices, and are often used for return air filtration. It is usually divided into two forms: bag-type medium effect filter (windward surface is large, so the amount of empty dust is large) and plate medium effect filter (installation space is small). The filter material can be melt-blown, glass fiber or filter cotton. Medium effect air filter is mainly used in central air conditioning and other centralized air supply systems. The filtration efficiency is between primary air filter and high efficiency HEPA filter. Because the efficiency of this kind of air filter is still high (the filtering efficiency of ≥1.0um particles is 60%~90%), and the resistance is lower than that of the high-efficiency HEPA filter, so the air processed by the medium effect air filter can be directly sent to the user in places where the requirements for air cleanliness are not strict.

  Application scope:

  At present, the effect of air filter is widely used in central air conditioning ventilation system intermediate filtration, pharmaceutical, hospitals, electronics, food, industrial purification, such as the effect of air filter also can be used as the front end of the high efficiency air filter, in order to reduce the load of high efficiency air filter, protect the HEPA after high efficiency air filter, relative to prolong its service life.

  Mesh structure

  The frame of medium effect air filter can choose aluminum alloy profile frame, internal spray cold wire drawing support frame or stainless steel frame. For the internal filter, air filter factory will usually choose different colors to different grades of filter material: such as F5(light yellow), F6(light green), F7(light pink), F8(meat pink), F9(white). It should be noted here that: color is not a unified standard, and the colors used to distinguish between factories will be different, so we can not blindly purchase middle-effect filters according to the color, but to see the filter efficiency level. Change the frequency

  In the process of use, it is necessary to check regularly whether the inlet air surface of medium-effect bag air filter is blocked by debris and whether the filter material surface is damaged; And take corresponding measures to ensure the normal operation of air filter. Under normal circumstances, we recommend :3-4 months to replace the bag air filter if the filter is too dirty, it needs to be replaced in advance.
